YOUR RETURN RIGHTS

You have 30 days to regret your purchase. This applies both to purchases made in our physical stores or at our webshop. The 30 days run from the day you make your purchase in our store or receive your weborder.

 
EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

•  Exchange right on all items up to 180 days 
•  Return right on all items* up to 30 days

•  All items purchased online can be sent back for free with GLS return label (only orders within Denmark)

•  All items purchased online can also be exchanged/returned in our physical stores

 

*Sale items can be returned up to 14 days in our stores

 
CHRISTMAS PRESENTS

•  All items purchased after Novermber 1st 2018 are considered as Christmas presents

•  Christmas presents can be exchaged/returned until January 1st 2019


PACKAGING AND ITEM CONDITION WHEN RETURNING AN ORDER

Returns are only accepted if the item is returned in the same condition as when you received it. The right to return an order lapses, if you use the product in a way which obviously reduces the sales value significantly. You can either send the order back to us, or even show up at one of our stores with the product in question. If you choose to return your order via postal services, it is VERY IMPORTANT that you include your order number / order confirmation along with the product. Please leave all tags on the product. All sneaker items should be returned in the original box, which should be completely intact.

You can also cancel your purchase by refusing to accept it or drop it off in person at one of our stores, where you will get the amount you paid in return immediately. If you choose to send the product to us, the amount will be transferred to the card you paid with or in your bank account once we have received the product and verified that the product meets the rules for withdrawal. The only cost that you have when you change your mind, is the postage to send it back to us.
