Your return rights

Regarding purchases made in either of our physical stores or on our webshop, you have 30 days to regret your purchase. The 30 days run from the day you receive your order.

Exchange and return policy

•  Full return (money back) on all items 180 days after purchase *
•  All items purchased online can be exchanged/returned in our physical stores

•  All items purchased online can be sent back for free with attached GLS return label (only orders within Denmark)


Packaging and item condition when returning an order

Returns are only accepted if the item is returned in the same condition as when you received it. The right to return an order lapses, if you use the product in a way which obviously reduces the sales value significantly. You can either send the order back to us, or even show up at one of our stores with the product in question. If you choose to return your order via postal services, it is VERY IMPORTANT that you include your order number / order confirmation along with the product. Please leave all tags on the product. All sneaker items should be returned in the original box, which should be completely intact.

Remember to receive a receipt for the package (a sticker) from the package store, as it is your proof that you have sent the order correctly.

You can also cancel your purchase by refusing to accept it or drop it off in person at one of our stores, where you will get the amount you paid in return immediately. If you choose to send the product to us, the amount will be transferred to the card you paid with or in your bank account once we have received the product and verified that the product meets the rules for withdrawal. The only cost that you have when you change your mind, is the postage to send it back to us.
