Non-EU customer information

As a non-EU customer, you are not obliged to pay the Danish VAT, which amounts to 20% of the product price total. Unfortunately, our website currently doesn't display the actual price that you will in fact end up paying. This means that you have to go to checkout to see the correct price. We apologizes for any inconvenience, and if you have any questions, you are always welcome to contact us at online@rezetstore.dk.

 
1-2 working days

We send all orders with GLS and deliver within 1-2 work days in Denmark. For European orders expect delivery within 3-5 work days, and for orders outside Europe delivery time is 7-10 working days. 

If your package is to be sent abroad, the given country's postal service will deliver the package. Delivery time depends on the recipient country so please contact us if you would like more information about international delivery.

Orders in Denmark:

DKK 0,- by pick-up in a Rezet Sneaker Store.

DKK 39,- by GLS Pakkeshop (<400 kr). 
DKK 0,- by GLS Pakkeshop (>400 kr). 

DKK 39,- by GLS Private Delivery (<400 kr).

DKK 0,- by GLS Private Delivery (>400 kr). 

DKK 39,- by GLS Business Delivery (<400 kr).

DKK 0,- by GLS Business Delivery (>400 kr).

 

Orders abroad and outside the EU:

Shipping prices for countries abroad and outside the EU is shown on the specific product. The price depends on quantity and the desired country. 

 

 

Shipping information

We send all orders with GLS. You decide whether it should be with or without private delivery at checkout, except if you live outside Denmark (see options above). If you choose shipping via GLS Pick-up Point, GLS will inform you when your package can be picked up at the chosen Pick-up Point. If you want delivery to a specific address you just select GLS Private or GLS Business from the list of shipping methods at checkout.

 

You can also choose to pick up your order in one of our stores in either Copenhagen or Aarhus, if you wish to avoid shipping costs completely. NOTE! For in-store pick-up, you must wait for an email from us stating that the package is ready for pickup. Your items can then be retrieved within the store's normal opening hours.

 

Remember to bring your order confirmation email.
