Adidas has been digging into their archives and revived a classic from 1997, now under a new name: The Adidas Yung-1. The silhouette has been anticipated since early spring and taps into the fashion scene with a sharp blend of mesh and suede, an asymmetrical top and a bulky sole.

The sneaker was originally named Falcon Dorf and was developed in '97. Due to lack of inspiration, the adidas development team in Germany went for a run in the residing town of Falkendorf. The name was updated and cathed on.

The first two iterations have something for every taste. One is more subtle with white, navy blue and eye-catching hints of cinnober.

The other is far more eye-catching and was expected to be a part of adidas' Dragon Ball Z collection.

The updated model, The Yung-1, is going to be catching on during the summer. The updated lifestyle silhouette has been given more subtle branding and is now more contemporary in its design.
